“Versicolor” hand sewed dress

My mother received this material as a gift, from an old friend that was preserving it for over 40 years. The material is triple veil, naturally dyed, and with a beautiful natural feeling touch. I’ve started by manually sewing the piece of material, finally turning it into a dress that wraps around the body. Inspiration derived from different types of tree fungus.
